Returns Policy
Due to the personal and cosmetic nature of our products, Ma'jur Fragrance maintains a strict return policy to ensure hygiene and authenticity for all our customers.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted in the following circumstances:
• Incorrect Product: If the item you received does not match your order (e.g., wrong fragrance delivered).
• Damaged on Arrival: If your bottle arrives broken or leaking.
2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange:
• The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging (including any protective cellophane or seals).
• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Photo evidence is required for any items damaged during transit.
3. Non-Returnable Items
• Opened or sprayed perfumes.
• Decants and testers (due to their custom-filled nature).
• "Change of mind" or "Dislike of scent" purchases. We highly recommend purchasing a 5ml or 10ml decant before committing to a Full Size Luxe bottle.
4. Process & Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method (Yoco) or via store credit.
