1. What are "Decants" and why should I buy them?

Decants are authentic fragrances transferred from the original large bottle into smaller, convenient spray atomizers (5ml or 10ml). They are the perfect way to test a luxury "beast mode" scent on your own skin for a few days before committing to a full 100ml bottle.

2. Are your fragrances authentic?

Yes, 100%. We only source original Middle Eastern and "Dubai" perfumes from reputable distributors. We do not sell "AAA Grade" or "reject" perfumes. Our decants are hand-poured from the original bottles to ensure you get the genuine liquid.

3. How does the Pre-order system work for full bottles?

To offer you a wider selection of luxury scents without high overheads, our 100ml "Prestige Collection" operates on a pre-order basis:

• Weekly Cut-Off: Every Sunday at 20:00.

• Delivery: Your order will be dispatched within 5–10 business days after the Sunday cut-off.

4. When will my Decant order arrive?

Decant and Tester orders are processed faster! These typically ship within 5–10 business days from your actual order date, as we keep these bottles in our local studio.

5. What if I order a Decant and a Pre-order bottle together?

To save on shipping costs, your entire order will be sent together. This means the 5–10 business day timeline from the Sunday cut-off will apply to the whole package.

6. Do you ship nationwide in South Africa?

Yes, we ship to all major hubs and regional areas across South Africa. Shipping costs and estimated transit times are calculated at checkout.

7. How should I store my perfumes?

Dubai perfumes are often very concentrated. To maintain their "beast mode" performance, store them in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and bathroom humidity.
